Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Creative Teacher Academy. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made on creativeteacher.in are non-refundable. Once the payment is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Course / Service Access

After successful payment, users will receive immediate access to the purchased course, service, or feature. We do not provide refunds for any delay caused due to user error, network issues, or device problems.

3. Duplicate Payment

In the rare case of a duplicate payment due to technical error, the extra amount will be refunded to the same payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.

4. Payment Gateway Issues

If your payment is deducted but not reflected in your account, please contact us at support@creativeteacher.in with transaction details. We will coordinate with the payment gateway to resolve the issue.

5. Cancellation

Once a service, course, or subscription is activated, it cannot be canceled. Please review all information carefully before proceeding with the payment.
